Welcome to Coastal Vedam Spa. By using our website, booking an appointment, or visiting our spa in Raipur, you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully.

01 About our services

Coastal Vedam Spa provides professional spa, massage, and wellness therapies — including Aroma, Swedish, Deep Tissue, Thai, Hot Stone, Sports massage, and body scrub — for relaxation and general wellbeing. Our therapies are wellness services and are not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment. If you have a health concern, please consult a doctor.

02 Bookings and appointments

• Bookings can be made on WhatsApp, by phone, or as a walk-in, subject to availability.
• A booking is confirmed only once we acknowledge your date and time.
• Please arrive a few minutes early. Late arrivals may have their session shortened so the next guest is not delayed, while the full price may still apply.

03 Pricing and offers

• Prices shown on our website are indicative and may change without prior notice.
• Promotional offers (such as “30% off” or “20 minutes free”) are for a limited period, cannot be combined with other offers unless stated, and may be withdrawn at any time.
• The final price applicable is the one confirmed at the time of your booking or at the spa.

04 Cancellations, rescheduling and no-shows

• If you need to cancel or reschedule, please inform us in advance on WhatsApp or by phone.
• Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may affect future bookings or advance-booking eligibility.

05 Packages and prepaid plans

Spa packages (such as Silver, Gold, and Platinum plans) are valid only for the period stated at purchase, are non-transferable unless agreed by us, and unused sessions expire at the end of the validity period. Prepaid amounts are generally non-refundable except where required by law.

06 Health, safety and your responsibility

• Please inform your therapist before the session of any medical condition, allergy, injury, pregnancy, or medication that may affect your treatment.
• We may decline or modify a service if we believe it is not safe or suitable for you.
• You attend and receive services at your own discretion, understanding they are for relaxation and wellbeing.

07 Conduct and professional environment

Coastal Vedam Spa is a strictly professional, therapeutic wellness centre. We expect respectful behaviour from all guests towards our staff and other clients. Any inappropriate, abusive, or unlawful conduct, or any request for services we do not offer, will result in the session being ended immediately without refund, and the guest being asked to leave. Our staff reserve the right to refuse or stop service at any time.

08 Payments

Payment is due at the time of service unless agreed otherwise. We accept the payment methods available at the spa. Please confirm accepted methods at the time of booking.

09 Website use and intellectual property

All content on this website — text, images, logos, and branding — belongs to Coastal Vedam Spa or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission. You agree to use the website lawfully and not to disrupt or misuse it.

10 Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Coastal Vedam Spa is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or services. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11 Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Raipur, Chhattisgarh.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always appear on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
